I’m a mama, yoga teacher, sacred sound guide of Himalayan Singing Bowls, cacao guardian, ayurvedic postpartum doula and overall - lover of all things wellness.
I believe wealth in the hands of heart-led women who want to do good things - will change the world.

Living life by your own terms is your birth right. Becoming a mother was the catalyst to my awakening, to truly seeing that what so many of us are doing is not living. I knew there was a different path to take and so I began to pave the way. Now I invite you to join me in paving your own.
