If you work with me for 1:1 postpartum planning, you may choose to share personal information about your pregnancy, health, birth plans or postpartum needs.

Please only share information that is relevant to the support you are seeking.

Please be aware that email, online forms and third-party platforms are not completely risk-free.

6. THE MOTHER'S NEST AND COMMUNITY

If you join The Mother's Nest, your information may be used to provide you with access to the course, live cohort and private community.

If a Telegram group is provided, anything you choose to share within the group may be visible to other participants.

Please avoid sharing information that you would not want other members of the group to see.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

I use trusted third-party services to help operate Mothering the Mother, which may include:

  • Squarespace for my website

  • Payment providers to process payments

  • Email marketing services

  • Course and community platforms

  • Video conferencing services

  • Delivery providers for apothecary orders
