Join me for what will be a potent portal of stillness and reflection. A space to feel and embrace this pocket of stillness within the chaos of every day.
Ceremonial grade cacao will be served, our intentions will be set and then our journey within will begin. Yin Yoga - a powerful practice of presence, with a practice focused on the heart - ending with the healing vibrations of the Full Moon Himalayan Signing Bowls
Within the many distractions of today, we fail to see and experience the magic that arises within the stillness, the waves of emotions crying to be felt and the whispers of the body that say “be here with me”.
Join me as we all remember, the beauty that is is to feel as a human.

Francesca has a deep love for creating spaces that offer a pocket of stillness. Seeing the speed of life today is nothing but a distraction that takes us further and further away from ourselves.
The emotions craving to be felt, the body calling out for rest and the whispers within urging us to be present - with it all.
Francesca believes there is so much magic to be explored within the space of intention and stillness.
May it be something to embrace rather to be overlooked.
